This half-day program will focus on Chapters 25-33 of the 2021 IRC. The program consists of: provisions in the 2021 IRC that are NOT enforceable in Pennsylvania because of legislative exclusions,Or work exempt from permit (UCC regulations) and decisions of the UCC Review and Advisory Council. These include certain provisions from earlier published editions of the IRC.
New or amended provisions in the 2021 IRC that ARE adopted in Pennsylvania are examined and compared to provisions from the 2018 IRC.
The information in this program is a MUST for anyone needing to know what legally applies in Pennsylvania and what does not. A unique document will be provided to all participants that outlines exactly what provisions in the 2018 IRC have been replaced - and what they have been replaced with.
