Certificates for classes are available at no charge for 1 month following your class.

If you need a duplicate certificate after that, you can purchase a duplicate certificate here.

Once you create your order, you can e-mail Christy Saliaris at csaliaris@pml.org to let her know the order number, date and name of the course.

Please also provide the first and last name of the attendee.
