When Are UCC Permits Not Required? - Part I

This webinar addresses buildings, structures, accessory structures, and alterations and repairs to commercial buildings that do not require plan review, permits, inspections or certificates of occupancy under the Uniform Construction Code. The webinar also discusses recreational cabin exclusions, exclusions based on religious beliefs and propane gas exclusions and how and when a municipality may require permits for work exempt or excluded from permit under the UCC.
