Every municipality that opted-in to administer and enforce the UCC is subject to an “accessibility audit” at least once every 5 years. The purpose of the audit is to evaluate how well that municipality is properly applying the accessibility requirements stemming from the UCC. This webinar will discuss the audit process, procedures, outcomes and possible actions in response to the audit. Tips on how to enhance audit performance will also be presented.
