This program is especially timely since Chapter 34 of the IBC no longer exists as an option for existing buildings complying with the UCC, and the IEBC must be used in all cases.
The program will briefly address the full scope of compliance options under the IEBC but will focus on the differences between Levels 1, 2 and 3. Content will include scoping for alterations, specific sections of the IEBC that must be complied with for each of the different levels, accessibility requirements for each level, and unique plan review issues.
The webinar will critically examine the difference between a Level 2 and Level 3 alteration and how to properly distinguish between two. Scope of work and reconfiguration of space will be examined in detail. The critical relationship between Level 3 alterations and accessibility scoping will be explored
