Energy Issues in Hotels and Multifamily Housing

This webinar will cover energy code requirements, common energy code violations, and best practices with respect to Group-R occupancies with four or more floors above grade (i.e. residential buildings covered by IECC Chapter 5). Topics covered will include slab edge insulation details, air sealing of fire-rated assemblies, compartmentalization of units, common space considerations, heating and cooling equipment, and mechanical ventilation.
