This webinar will explore in some detail what the duties and responsibilities are of: the Zoning Official, the Building Code Official and the Flood Plain Manager in municipalities with one or more flood zones. It will include a discussion of how roles can overlap and need to be clearly assigned to one person. The webinar will be structured around a model flood plain ordinance.

A cancellation received less than 10 business days of the session you are registered for, is subject to a $20 processing fee for refunds. Those who cancel within 2 business days of the session date or do not attend, forfeit the full registration fee and if unpaid, will be invoiced.
