This half-day program will be based on the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code. The program will explore various ways a municipality may adopt a property maintenance code and examine the critical components and "must haves" of adopting a property maintenance code. A discussion of the various chapters of the IPMC will occur along with many pictures to illustrate the intent of the IPMC and what a property maintenance inspector might be looking for.

A cancellation received less than 10 business days of the session you are registered for, is subject to a $20 processing fee for refunds. Those who cancel within 2 business days of the session date or do not attend, forfeit the full registration fee and if unpaid, will be invoiced. Credit toward future PCCA courses may be accepted upon approval from the PCCA administrator; substitutions may be accepted.
